Daniel is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas (TREC #0553652), dedicated to working with churches, religious organizations and other non-profits to solve their physical space needs.

Daniel is a sales consultant with CHURCH REALTY, a company that has sold hundreds of religious facilities in the last 30+ years. The company’s main website is www.churchrealty.com.

Being a man of faith himself, Daniel uniquely understands the “church world” and the ministry pressures of faith leaders and clergy. Daniel is fully knowledgeable of spoken and written Spanish and has helped many ethnic congregations to fulfill their dream of expanding their ministry impact by making sound Real Estate decisions.

Daniel earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston in 1990 and subsequently obtained an MBA degree from Houston Christian University and a Master’s in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Daniel and Eileen Lopez have been married since 1991, have 5 grown children and reside in Sugar Land, Texas.
